Coca-Cola partnered with Ecos to create an online Sustainability Resource Center for its restaurant customers - a Web site where SMB's leverage resources and tools to enhance the sustainability of their businesses. The users were experiencing varying levels of access when visiting the site due to poorly mapped architecture. I collaborated with the team to wireframe and design the user experience and ultimately created presentations that walked users through how to best to leverage the online resources.
